Slats with different shades are used to create an alternating pattern that grabs your attention. This designer used more widely spaced slats to complement the white wall. Wooden panels create a decorative headboard making the design more attractive.
There are many different design elements in this room, and they‘re all tied together by the slats partially covering the wall over the headboard. The plaster was removed from the bottom half of this wall to reveal the bricks which were then painted over. The dark grey slats contrast to the light brickwork and provide a pleasant background to the beautiful framed artwork.
The hipster would love this bedroom centred around distressed white brick. Paired with a ladder leading to a deconstructed wardrobe, its canvas chandelier marks a sleeping space beside a deerhide and record collection.
Three plywood panels make this light bedroom different. Each showcasing a definitive bedroom area, the left panel holds the TV, the right the bed, and the centre a working desk. Create a wooden panel that is more than just a headboard. This lightly-patterned design holds everyday necessities within an LED-lit, easy-to-reach inlet.
